Bulk Customer Portal Invites for New Customers with Won Opportunities

Is there a way to send Customer Portal invitations in bulk to new customers with won opportunities within Aspire?

Ideally, I'd like to automate this so that new customers receive a portal invite when their opportunity is marked as Won, or alternatively be able to send the invites in bulk for all qualifying customers.

I may still be thinking of how the old legacy portal worked. The invitation link could expire after a certain number of days.

Even after the opportunity is marked as Won, the client may not sign up right away. Therefore, the office team may still need to resend the invitation.
 

On Contact list, maybe using contact tag to filter to the target clients, then bulk action. 

Will the new Customer Portal 2.0 invitation expire?
