Hi team,
I’m seeing an issue where My Case → Open Cases shows no entries even though there are active cases in the system. Is this a known issue affecting others right now? Can you provide an ETA for a fix?

    Yes, my cases - open cases do not have anything listed there. While switch to closed cases, it display all the closed cases.
