Has anyone had problems logging into the new support? I am having a problem with trying to login i am not sure what my username would be and when i try to forget password with my email that i used on support before i don't get a password reset.

That is the correct way. Do you remember receiving a Welcome to Help Hub email and registering through there? It should have been sent around early December.
