Is anyone experiencing inaccurate sales tax calculations in their opportunities? Whether it be Work Order or Contracts. For example, I have a contract bid for $61,381.08 (before taxes). We live in Texas so the taxes should be 8.25%, resulting in $5063.94 in taxes. However, Aspire is calculating taxes to be at $5063.88. Missing 6 pennies.

 

Curious to know if anyone has ran into this issue. We ensured everything is correctly taxed also in the administration settings. 

You may go over each service on the contract and verify from the administration > estimate > service category. 
 

On the taxable filed to make sure select all the fields. (Labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, other).

I hope this helps troubleshoot the discrepancies.
