Aspire needs a crew scheduling feature

I am struggling with aspire not having a crew scheduling feature. I find the crew lead being assigned to a route useless, especially in the winter.  I have tried making properties for each employee and then creating an overhead ticket called shift start and assigning to just a scheduling route. for shift times only and then creating the email or sms notifications, but realistically - it is great to schedule all our grass tickets or landscape project tickets into the routes, but knowing who is where and when without having to have a big whiteboard in the shop or creating a secondary schedule in our google calendar is frustrating.
The goal is to not duplicate the workload or make more back end tasks just to tell the team who is where each day or week to week plans.

What is everyone else doing? What am I missing?

Hey, I’d love to give you thoughts on this. I’d like to know how you are using the scheduling features because I havent had any issues. Thanks.

So you are able to schedule tickets that notify your team what their schedule is for the week? They see updates and so on - more than just logging into the mobile app to see what tickets are for the up coming week?

How are you scheduling your team day to day - not just your “service tickets” without having to use a different system or method.

You want to hop on a call and I can show you how I use the system in my business? calendly.com/keenanbairdconsultant

I’m having this same concern as a new user in Aspire and I didn’t see a clear answer on this thread.  We want to have a schedule that is easily  shared by our team and is reflective of who is working, on what team, indicates days off, etc.  We’ve done the indirect ticket as others of suggested, but the Aspire schedule is not easy to see in one screen.

Out goal was to use Aspire for everything, but I’m wondering if we just need to go back to Google Calendar for this.  Any thoughts?  Thanks!

We’re currently using an offline spreadsheet to track attendance and our crew’s daily schedule and it’s a huge headache. It would be so great to have an attendance/scheduling feature for the crew in Aspire, with the ability to pull a daily attendance report. It’s great to be able to schedule work tickets for jobs on the schedule board, but it would also be great to be able to manage our crew member’s work schedules in Aspire and eliminate another spreadsheet.
