Aspire down?

Hi Keenan, we know how much you rely on our platform, and our team is working hard to get everything back up and running in Aspire as quickly as possible.

We’ll share another update when the outage is resolved.

I decided to read a few pages in the book Im trying to finish. 

Is it a good one? 

Hi everyone- a fix has been implemented. Is everyone back up and running? 

It’s not working great… maybe better, but still a lot of spinning.

I will say, we moved off of Service Autopilot-- and for years their software struggled regularly. Overall I remain impressed with Aspire’s support and keeping the system up and running. 

I did have crews struggling with Aspire mobile when the system was down yesterday, but for the most part their time entry was still logged appropriately which was good. 

I think we are good today!
