+31Hi everyone- a fix has been implemented. Is everyone back up and running?
+16It’s not working great… maybe better, but still a lot of spinning.
+16I will say, we moved off of Service Autopilot-- and for years their software struggled regularly. Overall I remain impressed with Aspire’s support and keeping the system up and running.
I did have crews struggling with Aspire mobile when the system was down yesterday, but for the most part their time entry was still logged appropriately which was good.
+16I think we are good today!
