API Integration Support

Hello ​@Stronghtx- some Aspire clients use MindCloud. Here is their page. If anyone in community has worked with MindCloud before I encourage you to share your experience in the comments. 😄

We have not used Mind Cloud, but were looking into them for API integrations, too. I’m also curious what kind of API integrations other people are using with Aspire to be more efficient. 

I’m looking for the same! Anyone have success with Mind Cloud or can comment on their pricing, ease to work with, etc.? 

I think ideally, I’d like someone to set up a couple simple Zapier processes for me. Anyone have experience with that?

Feel free to reach out to me directly on here. I have built serval things already.  Zapier type setup, without the Zapier cost.  If it is simple I can guide you in the right direction or provide something.  

​@MKessler Hi I was wondering if you could help me with the API through Zapier. It seems that Aspire doesn’t allow webhooks? So how are you connecting them? Trying to do GET invoices from Aspire to Zapier. 

​@MKessler & ​@Addywells Hello!  I saw your post from a few months ago.  We are going through the implementation process with Aspire and are hoping to connect with someone that can help us eventually import invoices from Aspire into QBO customer accounts via API. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a lot of experience working with the Aspire API and have handled QBO integrations as well, so this is right up my alley.

Getting invoices to sync properly between the two systems takes some planning but it is definitely doable.
