Happy New Year’s Eve everyone!

Looking into next year, our company wants to start utilizing AI tools more frequently and integrate it with our current processes. That being said, has anyone used the open API to start running Agentic AI tools? More specifically has anyone used Replit with Aspire’s API?

Any insight from your experiences is greatly appreciated! 😊

I’ve spent some time using the API to create data pipelines for reporting. You do have some limits on API calls, do you know what youre trying to build yet?

Thank you for sharing that! We are really just trying to see what is possible at the moment. We want to be able to run recurring reporting based on whatever we need for job reporting, marketing, etc.. Do you have any recommendations for managing the API call limits?

I've been experimenting and building on top of Aspire's API for about a month now and honestly it's been pretty eye-opening. Feels like we're just scratching the surface.

The biggest win so far has been automated reporting. I built a suite that pulls directly from Aspire: crew performance, account manager dashboards, WIP tracking, a custom scheduling "assistant" and delivers reports to the relevant people automatically on a weekly schedule. Less time chasing information, more time acting on it.

I'm also experimenting with layering AI on top of the Aspire data which is where it gets really interesting. Flagging anomalies, summarizing trends, drafting weekly insights... stuff that might take someone an hour to put together manually basically just shows up. It feels like having an extra person on the ops team.

Can't speak too much to the API call limits specifically but we haven't had any issues so far.

What kind of reporting are you looking to build first? Happy to share more on any of this.
