We have been growing our Maintenance Contracts and Enhancement divisions since starting with Aspire. We now have many many great solid clients in all fields except single-family houses. (Education,  Hospitals, Commercial and Multi-family complexes)

What success have others out there had with bolting on exterior maintenance services for existing clients like Cleaning, Painting, Parking lots, pest control, or anything at all? On the North West Coast, so snow clearing is very minor. Or using Aspire to start up a second totally different service business? Open to all ideas.
