What am I doing wrong?

I’m adding a filter to my report of Properties to show only properties with no active Opportunities, but the report is including Properties with active Opportunities…

Is this happening for anyone else?

What filter are you choosing specifically?

“Active Opportunities”.

I apologize.  I looked again and see the help (when you click on the exclamation point on the column header for “Active Opportunities”...for community sake, it says...

“Active Opportunities: Number displayed is all Opportunities in a status other than Won or Lost.
It's designed to identify how many Opportunities the sales team is currently working on.”

😏 I’ll presume that’s what you were going to explain @Kbaird.

I think using ‘Active’ is confusing because of how it’s used elsewhere (for example with Properties).

I apologize for not specifying the filter I was using in my original post…

Yep! Active Ops is a pretty useful metric to see how much revenue you have “floating around.”  Good habit to have your sales team review Active Opportunities weekly themselves and monthly with the rest of the sales team. The goal is to win the op or lose the op, not leave it in bidding forever.

Last thing, theres anothe metric called “In process Opportunities” that could help you make the list you want.

I’m wondering now though why ‘Active Opportunities’ is needed if you can simply filter Status for Won, Lost, Bidding, etc.  Just wondering….Thank you again.
