Getting Started In Aspire Together

We value the power of teamwork, which is why we created this community for customers, employees, and partners to collaborate and communicate with each other effectively. A member's experience in the community is enhanced when they feel a personal connection to the people they are interacting with. We put together this guide to help you get started in the community.

Sign Up & Create Your Community Profile

You can sign up for the Aspire Together Community at community.youraspire.com. Click Login. Then click Create an Account. We recommend selecting a professional username and a strong password.

After you have completed the registration process you will be able to see the login box to the community.

Settings 

My Profile Settings 

Accessing My Profile Settings is as easy as clicking on your profile icon at the top right. Click into Edit Profile. We encourage you to add a professional picture of yourself and to fill out the additional information. You can update this information at any time. 

General Settings 

In General settings you will be able to select which information you want visible on your profile and who can message you.

Notifications

Choose which type of email notifications you want to receive. If you don’t want to receive any type of email notifications we suggest you toggle off all the options.

Password

Please choose a secure password. If you need assistance updating your password, you can reach out to us at community@youraspire.com. 

Post in the Community 

To post in the community you can click on Create Topic at the top right next to your profile icon. We strongly encourage you to use tags to make content more easily searchable for all. 

Aspire Icon 

Some community members will have the Aspire icon on the bottom left of their profile picture. This means they are an Aspire employee and we invite them to share their product knowledge and insights here. 

Stay Engaged in the Community 

You will notice this section at the bottom of a topic. Click Subscribe if you want to stay up to date with the topic and receive email notifications when another community member replies to the post. 

We also encourage you to let us know if you found a topic helpful. This way we know what content to showcase in the community.
