Is there anyone in here willing to share their Marketing Pro feedback? We looked at Marketing Pro when it first came out, and we just couldn’t justify the service based on the cost. Has it really improved your experience instead of using another solution like Mail Chimp or Constant Contact?

The integration is truly a game changer compared to an outside mailing site. Being able to filter the customers who don’t already have a specific service that we’d like to promote is seamless. They also have tons of premade templates that can be easily edited and personalized. We have not set up a lot of the automated campaigns for reminders to customers that they have a “delivered” bid or for canceled services because we prefer to give them a call but for more of the marketing side we have had great engagement. We were part of the beta release so cost wasn’t a factor at the time but we will continue to renew Marketing Pro as an easy way to communicate with the right customers at the right time.


Does Marketing Pro offer lead management from the website (i.e. lead form)? Trying to justify the cost. 


Hi @Stronghtx- I wanted to circle back and let you know that Marketing Pro does not offer lead management. 

 

An alternative option would be to integrate your website using Aspire’s REST API to automate leads created in Aspire and then once that data is in Aspire it would flow into Marketing Pro. 


We ended up taking the leap and going with marketing pro, but we have been really disappointed so far. We looked into using aspire API to automate leads but because of the sync timing our leads wouldn’t get a message from us for hours if not overnight which is just way too long. MarketingPro has so much potential but it is just lacking and I feel like we wasted money on our subscription because it is not really helping on real time front. There is just too much of a lag on data transfer. 


@Stronghtx Thank you for the candid feedback on Marketing Pro. I know the product team has some improvements on the roadmap this year as well so hopefully that is something to look forward to and it can become more valuable to you! If you haven’t given them this feedback, I can pass it along internally. 

When you were looking into syncing leads over, did you work with support? I can connect you with one of our pro product specialists who have robust knowledge on MP. Let me know if that is something you’d like to explore.
