I’m curious to hear how you’re all managing the communication aspect of customer retention.  I’m a big fan of using a variety of notes in Aspire (that talk from Aspire to the mobile app the cleaners use) to communicate client-specific information or requests, and most of all training cleaners and staff on how to effectively use Issues in the mobile app, syncing up what the cleaners see on site > to the Account Manager > to the client.  In the Activities module list screen, you’re able to track the time it takes between the Issue creation vs. completion dates to measure how quickly you’re resolving complaints.
