Work Ticket Visit Schedule Email Not Sending

We are having an issue with “Work Ticket Visit Scheduled” emails not sending to customers. They were sending previously, but haven’t sent since Saturday (we have a delivery time of 3 days). Nothing has been changed in the notification template, but now only SMS messages are sending. 

 

Does anyone know what’s going on?

Hi ​@LTarr Have you double checked that the aspire account that is used as the sent “from” has their email syncing? I had to update my Microsoft password recently and choose to “kick out” all devices logged in and require the updated password, so I had to re-signin and re-authenticate in Aspire.

Yes, I have. It’s my account, and a did double check.

Hi ​@LTarr, I verified with our support team and we have not seen reports of this yet. I would recommend to submit a ticket so the team can further investigate.
