Does anyone have a fast way of figuring out why there is an unaccepted time? I have been trying to figure out why one of our crews times will not be accepted for a day and cannot find any reason why.
If you are referring to the cell phone icon not going away after approving time and the green circle not showing in it’s place, we have occasionally had this issue and our CSM told us it is a visual bug. You can confirm that the time is accepted on the back end on the weekly time review tab of the schedule board. If it’s in pending status, then it’s good to go.

I am actually having this issue in the Weekly Time Review tab while I am trying to approve times for payroll. There is .23 hours of unaccepted time for one of our crews.
Each manager has one filtered down to their crews and it helps to ensure that all their time is approved even when the crewmember didn’t clock to a ticket.

When you drill into the time entry screen from that .23 unaccepted time row does it show a difference in time entry or does it have 0 difference? If it’s 0 difference, it is time that is stuck, if you submit a ticket to AspireCare they can clear out the stuck time.

Yes. The hours that are accepted match what they are clocked in for the day. The odd thing is that they have a time and material ticket as their last stop and it has .23 hours of indirect time. I was wondering if that is the time that is “stuck.” Thanks
