Carlos demonstrated exceptional leadership in implementing Aspire, tailoring the system to their needs and driving a 100% user adoption rate within the first 90 days. His hands-on training, including Spanish-language video demonstrations, was key to the team's success. As a result, Custom Cleaning and Management Services experienced a 40% reduction in scheduling and reporting errors, as well as  significant gains in efficiency and productivity.
