Hope the work ticket visit notes can be printed out in a near future. 

Thank you for the call out Yi! The new visit report is the best place to quickly view the visit notes. For your comment on printing them, there is nothing currently on the road map but I would like to ask for what reason would you like to print visit notes? It would help us define the best place to provide the option to print them.

Thank you for bringing this question. 

We have a good amount of irrigation repair jobs that are Time & Material invoice type. 

We don’t have individual items as inventory and allocate cost as dollar amount to the ticket. 

But clients would like to see the details about the material that had been used. Visit note is a great place to add the material details. 

Wish the work ticket visit note can be printed out on the work ticket screen with the detailed clock in & clock out hours. 

and the invoice layout as well.

I believe the visit notes can be added to the layout for invoices and work ticket, according the knowledge base article.  https://care.youraspire.com/en/articles/6437447-using-web-report-designer#h_8a2056a0f2. I think these were adding recently as well but I can’t remember of the top of my head. We don’t have the detailed hours though.

We had requested the invoice layout with visit note on 04/25/2025 and work ticket layout with visit note on 06/25/2025. 

Here is the most recent reply from the Aspire Care team. 

“Our layout team got back to us on this and said, there's a development ticket addressing this currently as a bug. I will link your ticket and put this in bug on hold. “

I found your ticket and found the bug ticket. It’s currently in progress without an ETA at the moment. Hopefully it will be corrected soon!
