I have a technician out in the field who is consistently getting logged out. When i investigate i find that his user in the back end has been made inactive.
Support is telling me no one is doing it but can’t provide me with any reason why this is happening. Has anyone else experienced this?
I will note this is a former employee that I brough back. not sure if that has correlation but thought it was important to mention.
Do you have any API’s for creating employees or maintaining employees? My only thought would be another system overwriting the active status if they are marked inactive outside of Aspire somewhere.
How about the user’s contact in Aspire?
First - I would check to see if the contact is active - if not, that may be the culprit.
If that isn’t the source of the issue - check to see if there’s a “Termination Date” on the employee contact - you have to scroll a bit down to find it - it’s under the “Human Resources” section.
Let me know if neither of these solves your issue, and I can do some testing to see if I can come up with a solution.
Hope this helps - cheers!
