Hello all, I am looking for the geniuses in the room that have been able to create some out of the norm dials to help your team or yourself, or just a really cool dial you created that is unique. There are some very smart people that can outthink the system, and I am curious what you have come up with… Please share!

A cool one we came up with is a backlog for enhancement work but in days vs hours. So the dial will say how many days of work we have.
+13Thanks for sharing! That is a great one, I built something similar to that based off of the crew size and available hours converted into days. I have used it for 7 years and it is still one of my go to dials. I appreciate your reply!
