Our company is close to our go-live date with Aspire. We would like to send a communication out to our existing customers that announces the fact that we will be using Aspire and highlight some of the changes that they will see over the coming months. New proposal/invoice formats for example. We’d also like to point out some of the benefits that Aspire will provide, allowing us to do any even job for them.

Looking for any suggestions or examples of how other new Aspire users may have done this.

Thanks!

Welcome to the community, John!

If you are mailing to customers:

A great tool to utilize in these situations is Mail Merge - essentially, you’d create a MS Word doc with the canned text you would like, and an MS Excel spreadsheet that has columns with the customer info (Name, Address, City, state, zip) - then, you can add in data connectors to pull in the data from the spreadsheet to generate a Word Doc for each customer on your list.

If you are emailing customers:

Using a service like MailChimp (or similar) can have benefits when sending out mass emails - usually you can utilize a spreadsheet similarly to Mail Merge to pull data into each email to personalize it to the recipient.

Hope this helps - good luck!

@john polley If your customers are loaded in Aspire, you could use the bulk email option on the contacts page to email them directly from the new software that you are looking to highlight!

Note - the user sending the notification has to have the permission to bulk email.

Great last name!!

@john polley

Marketing Pro can be another option as well. Check it out here.

The field mapping between Aspire and Marketing Pro is still somewhat unclear. However, for existing client engagement and newsletters, the platform is intuitive and user-friendly.
