Hello! Does anyone know how to pull a list of your top clients per dollar amount paid for the current year? We like to send the top 500 customers a little something around Christmas and we haven’t been able to come up with a decent list in Aspire by itself. We typically have to export a list we built in Opportunities (since we can display name and addresses) to Excel and do a lot of clean up of duplicate properties so we are not sending multiple things to one company. Any guidance would be appreciated!

Hi @kellikimsey - a couple of comments to make here. Sales pivot would be an option, however it would not pull the address. For the opportunity service report, are you adding primary contact, primary name, total cost or actual hours, property address and start date? Or then use the sales pivot to get the time frame and then eliminate non relevant properties by filter. And if you are using Marketing Pro you can even design a card there to be mailed out to the clients.

Hey @baraica! I did think of the Sales pivot report and the address (billing address instead of primary) was a big field that we need so I decided to stick with the opportunity list instead and do some sorting and cleaning up in excel as to not duplicate any companies. We are going off of invoiced revenue. I may put something in the voting portal on adding invoiced revenue as a field for the company screen as well as a filter of time frame for the invoiced revenue and see if it gets accepted. Thank you for the input! I truly appreciate it!

I , too, would use the opportunity report and pull in billing contact information, and then filter the report to won date this year and invoiced Revenue Dollars > or = to the amount you want.

You are correct this will need to be exported excel and remove duplicate’s, and then do a quick pivot report to see if there are any duplicate values in either the billing company or billing contact, but this would in my opinion give a pretty clean list to work with with accurate information.
