Yes!

Two options:

1. (Recommended) Add the T&C’s to one of the Proposal Description tabs on your opp. templates (and adjust layout to map to desired area on the proposal) - I like this method, as it gives the stock text, but allows for editing for one-off purposes.
2. Edit the layout to have a hard-coded text box that includes your T&C’s right on the proposal layout (ideal if you have certain non-negotiables that you don’t want to be editable and want on every proposal that would use this layout)

In my experience, the “happy place” for many of my clients is to use a blend of the two; having standardized (but editable) text block that is in the template come over (for the potentially variable T&C’s), with the hard-coded non-negotiable T&C’s text box that lives on the layout itself (thus, not editable from the opp. screen) located directly below.
