Important Update

 

Starting December 8, 2025, we’ll be transitioning to a new ticketing system to improve efficiency and customer experience. From that date forward, tickets will be referred to as cases.

 

The main change you’ll notice is a refreshed interface to view your submitted cases for easier tracking and understanding. You’ll continue accessing AspireCare from the same locations as before, and the new system is designed to remain intuitive and user-friendly.

 

After the switch takes place, you’ll continue to have access to your ticket history from the past year.
