I am wondering if anyone else is running into problems with this on their end but

we want a subcontractor to use the portal, but they already use aspire internally, they really can't. You cannot clock into both at the same time. So if we clock into theirs, our payroll is messed up and vise-versa.

We are running into this issue now because we are subcontracted to do snow for someone and they are using Aspire because we had been using it and loving it, but now we cannot use the subcontractor portal for them because we have it.

So one, is there anything in the pipeline to help fix this issue? And two, do you have any better practices to make this issue a bit easier? We are currently uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but our payroll is still messed up when we do this.

Hi Taylor,

You can have different browsers linked to different instances of Aspire. IE Your company is in google chrome and the other company is in Firefox. This would allow you to use the other companies subcontractor portal via firefox and still be able to log into your companies instance of Aspire.

From a mobile users perspective, you would want to create tickets in your instance of Aspire and have your employees complete those tickets. As a subcontractor you would still want to see what it is costing you to complete the work. Then you would want to use the subcontractor portal to send them the information to get paid.

Let me know if you have any questions and I hope you have a great snow season.

Thank you! I sent that over to my team to see if that is a good option for them, I appreciate it!
