Is anyone using a 3rd party integration to send customer notifications? We want more customization for our customer notifications that can’t be done in Aspire, but customers are asking to recevie texts or emails. For example, some customers want notification for all services, some only want notifications on some services like irrigation or flowers, some want all services except mowing or weeding. In Aspire it’s all or nothing, so we can’t customize what service notifications are sent for one customer, without changing it for everyone. 

Is anyone having more success with this?

I’ve heard of some using Zapier. It triggers a text/email when a job matches customer-defined criteria, like service tags for "irrigation" or "flowers." And you can use I believe you can set up exclusions for specific services. 

Internally we have a bit of a manual process but granted we’re a general contractor in the commercial property maintenance space (big portion is janitorial/clean). For our less frequent services,  like 1x monthly services or greater, we have an admin or the supervisor send a job schedule update before the new month and a completion update once service is completed.
