How is everyone using Aspire to dispatch new sales leads to salesmen? I was told to use issues but I cant put them in any type of order. Wanted to see how other people are doing it?

I typically use Issues since they generate an email notification to the assigned Rep that they have been given a lead.  I would create a contact minimum and possibly a property record for the lead and create the Issue from that record to populate the Regarding field.  You can add to the activity category field list in admin if you want to filter or report lead types…..What Order are you looking to identify?


The order I was referring to would be a type of route order knowing which property to bid first. This way there not just driving all over town.
