The route scheduling tool appears to have broken with the latest release. I’m unable to see all of the pins when the work tickets are bulk selected. Anyone else?


This is the response I got via my support ticket. Kind of lame as this is how I scheduling my PHC Department. Planned to go out this week but this has put a huge dent in my plans…

I’m in charge of our PHC department and this is how I would schedule, especially if we had concurrent visits. Super frustrating!


Yeah… also looks like this won’t be fixed with a hot fix but rather is going to wait until the next update. I’ve pushed the issue but am only getting apologies. 

Only silver lining is that this isn’t in the middle of the season. 


Agreed on the last point. I hope they will give a hotfix on this. If it waits until the next update, I hope they include the draw around tickets functionality they presented at Ignite last year. 


Aspire Supports solution to me was to “schedule the tickets manually”…. Lol
