I am curious to see everyone’s opinion on this topic. I want to see purchase prices and allocations cost in my margins, in the month I am performing the work, on the day I am allocating the cost not when I am changing the cost…..or better yet, can Aspire not auto calculate the purchase difference when you open a PO and receive it and auto calculate the allocations thereafter.
Does anyone re-allocate after making a price change to make sure their GM are accurate?
