At the property taxing level, we are required to include a local or county tax entity in our tax jurisdictions. 

 

Having the ability to choose to make the Locality field required at the property level will save time by requiring each property to have the appropriate locality entered at the time of entry.

 

We are currently working around this issue by having a dial for our Branch Admins that show how many opportunities do not have a locality attached.

Are you referring to charging & paying sales tax? Or paying payroll tax based on work location?


We are having this at the payroll tax level.

I LOVE you used the #rockthevote!  And I agree should be a requirement.  I really thought it was, even though I am in TN with no sales tax, we still can’t have that field blank due to any clients outside of TN - am understanding this right?
