Returned Access Token is null for Aspiresystemid - can anyone help?

my ops manager is trying to input receipts and he keeps getting this error - Returned access token is null for AspireSystemid: 710 and Branchid: 2

 

has anyone else experienced this issue and if so what is the solution/cause of this

Check in with your Aspire  person - we are told this is a known bug/issue they are having and should be fixed today.
