We utilize Aspire to manage invoicing for two similar companies. One company has fewer clients but still sends invoices through Aspire. I've configured each company under 'Organization' with their specific logo, email, and invoicing structure. In 'Configuration' > 'Invoicing', I've set 'Email invoice from' to the main account.

Issue:

While the invoices display the correct logo at the top, the watermark and footer still show the main company's logo and info.

Steps Taken:

Set up each company in 'Organization' with unique branding details.
Configured 'Email invoice from' to the main account in 'Configuration' > 'Invoicing'.

Request:

How can I ensure that the watermark and footer on invoices reflect the correct company's logo? Any guidance or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! 

It sounds like your layouts are hardcoded to display those logos for the watermark and footer. I would submit a ticket to AspireCare to have them adjust your layout or if you are familiar with report designer you can change them yourself.
