Our previous software contained a lot of data on the mobile side regarding property information. Multiple data fields including contact information as our field techs generally interact with clients while on property or need access to the home. We are an irrigation only company. Is there any plan to add basic contact information to the mobile app or will they always need to use the crew leader version of Aspire Desktop?

I’m running into the same issue that the crew/service techs can not see the contact information for the client in the Aspire Mobile app. My current work around is to copy/paste the site contact information to the Operation Notes for the opportunity work ticket so it is visible to the crew.
The operation notes appear in the Aspire Mobile app. So no need to report a bug. I confused the Property Notes with the Property Operation Notes. Still would like a better way to get the site contact info to the crew.
Right, property notes won’t show up in crew mobile. Operation notes will. So if you enter in their contact info or a gate code for the property on the Operation Notes on the property home page, that will accomplish what you are wanting.
