We are a new to Aspire company - We have always operated on industry standard prices per square foot to estimate - and are now having a hard time figuring out industry standard production rates (How many sq ft of sod an individual can lay in an hour, etc.) for the Aspire buildout - as well as markup % for our various divisions.
Anyone willing to share theirs to give us a starting point? For reference - we are roughly a 5 mil company in the Southeast US.
