I probably go the long way around but, I just go to the customer portal 2.0 page in configuration, and copy and paste the web address in an email to them.
Aside from copying/pasting the link from your configuration page or browser, you can also resend the invitation email! When the customer clicks the link and already has an account, they’re sent to a “Welcome back” screen to sign in.
You might also consider updating your invitation email to include a reminder about bookmarking the portal link, or include the portal link in your invoice emails. I’ve seen both of those options help the more forgetful 😊
