Populating Items in a Service Description box

Hello!

  • We have set up a Service Item called “Plant Installation”, under/within which we list out all the required plant species and sizes (and then quantities & costs) as line items.  We would ALSO like those items to copy over to the SERVICE ITEM DESCRIPTION, so that all those plants show up individually on the printed proposal.

    Is there a way to do that using code or a token?  (E.g. we can type “ [PropertyName] “ or “ [OpportunityStartDate!] “ in the overall PROPOSAL description…

You can create an itemized estimate which would list out all items/kits under the service. Aspire has some templates, it’s also pretty easy to set up in web report designer.

Thank you, I’ll look into that.  The “trick” is that we want items to show up ONLY for that planting Service, but not walls, paving, irrigation etc…
