We are currently using Microsoft Dynamics GP for accounting and payroll. Its end of life is about 5 years out, but we are beginning to look into its replacement. We also currently have an in-house Payroll Coordinator that plans to retire in the next couple years, and the plan is not to backfill that position but hire this out to a payroll service. We have the option of continuing with a Microsoft option, but because of Aspire’s suggested partners Acumatica and Inova, we are looking for any feedback from other Aspire users with experience with these products. If you have experience with either or both, any feedback would be much appreciated!

We have been on Inova(IPS) and Acumatica for about 4.5 years now. Happy to answer any questions or zoom and show you with live data. 

One thing that sticks out is that you will probably still need a payroll coordinator to manager that process though Inova or whatever software you choose.

Thank you, AC - I appreciate your willingness to do that! Glad to hear that your experience with them has been positive. We are beginning the process of monthly meetings at this point to hatch a game plan. I wonder if you would be willing to meet with our team sometime in mid-November? I am the company “tech guy” but have the least familiarity with what all we are using GP to do for us, and what we would need out of its replacement. Our Controller, Head of HR, and Payroll Coordinator would be able to “speak the language” better than me! Thanks again and let me know if you’d be willing to give us a small chunk of your time!
