How do I make equipment available to schedule?

I can take this one! 
In order to make a piece of equipment available/visible on the schedule board, you will need to navigate to the equipment's detail page and click the checkbox that says "Available to Schedule." This will make the piece of equipment show up on the equipment schedule board so that you can schedule it for your existing visits. It is important to note that equipment cannot be assigned to a route *and* made available to schedule because this would create a conflict for that equipment. Equipment also cannot be made “unavailable” if it is currently scheduled for visits. 


I have completed all of the steps above.  I still am unable to check the box on a piece of equipment to allow it to be scheduled.  Is there something I'm missing?

Can you confirm that the piece of equipment you are trying to make available to schedule is “Active” via the toggle at the top of the equipment screen?


We were able to get everything up and running thank you.
