No, all costs will be updated by default, including within kits. However, you can choose how you want your prices to be updated or copied over from the original contract.
In a contract if we have a service that has a price override, when renewing the contract and choosing to update prices, those services that had a price override are not having their prices updated when renewing the contract. Is the system designed to treat override prices this way when renewing a contract updating prices?
Yes, that’s correct. The price is overridden manually, so we wouldn’t know what to update the price to if the cost changes during the renewal.
When renewing, it says costs will be updated automatically. Should kit factors be updated automatically as well, rather than copying what was on the renewal?
Yes, factor will update automatically from the catalog as well because it's related to cost.
