I am trying to build a list of site audits that only shows the most recent site audit for each property. I want to have a dial that shows production managers the number of properties that have scored below a certain threshold. Does anyone know a way to do this?
You will likely have to have some different versions of this. Each manager could have their own list and therefore dial. You could have a “executive overview” type of list where you see all of the account manager’s audits, etc.
An example of one that an individual account manager could have would be:
Standard Reports → Site Audits
Filter: Account Manager = ______________ ; Complete Date = Last 30 Days
Group by Property
You could also add an additional scoring filter that fit what you were looking for if you wanted.
You could have the same list for yourself that didn’t have the account manager filter, but grouped by Account Manager and then Property so you could see a high level overview.
I would do something like this under properties. The SA Score would be the most recent site audit.
This will give you a list of Site Audits that have not been completed in the current month or ever completed.
