We are starting to take on some larger (for us) residential construction project. As we create processes around these projects, I wanted to ask if anyone has any best practices they’d like to share for Project Management and organization on a project by project basis. Are you guys utilizing the Gantt Chart feature or something else? What other tools or processes have you built to keep your project management clean?
