We are trying to figure out the best way to make the notes in tickets understandable for our employees. We have Bilingual managers but would like to be more confident the notes that are being translated from English to Spanish are going to be understood by the crew. After using google translate for a while our bilingual managers mentioned that a lot of the times what Google spits out does not translate how we think it does. Has anyone used anything else and gotten better results? Thanks.
I’ve had success using chatgpt to translate. I usually run the translations past our bilingual people to verify accuracy first before pushing out to the rest of the guys though.
I second the chatgpt translation. You can put what region of Mexico they are from and it will translate using that dialect.
Check the recent release note from Aspire please.

The cloud side will have the translation function very shortly.
I believe that the translation function in Aspire mobile App will be coming as well. Hope this built in translation works fine and overcome the language barrier.
