Hi @SoboYiW - You can see adjustments to quantity on hand by clicking into the item and seeing the allocation history. It will show any work ticket allocations, PR purchases, and any quantity on hand adjustments and the date associated with each. Hope this helps!
Hey @SoboYiW,
I totally agree, this would be a helpful feature. Once an on hand adjustment is made, it is pretty opaque who did it, and the same goes for the transfers. No way to have a note about why the adjustment or transfer was made.

Briz,
Thank you for your reply. This way is good to review one item. We have hundreds of items in inventory.
Same as Chays mentioned above, Aspire needs to provide a note section to record the reason behind the adjustment or transfer.
Thanks,
Hypothetically thinking this through, you could potentially use the Audit > Item Allocation Report for this, but the amount of hoops you’d have to jump through to make it work for this purpose would be intense.
Hi jgrasch,
Thank you for brainstorming together about this.
I finally found a place it may provide some insight on tracking the inventory adjustment.
Report >Audit > Inventory Variance.
This report will show the inventory variance created date and the variance date.
We will use this report if the manages have been completed the adjustment by the end of month for June.
Hope this helps to whom using inventory in Aspire. Thanks,
