Update - it just became available again. Disregard this - I’m not sure how to delete a post!

 

Hey everyone ~ I’m getting an error message that started yesterday when I try to contact support/submit a ticket to AspireCare:

 

Anyone else having this issue? My CSM is out of town, so I’m unable to check in with her about it.

Hi @mwheeler - yes this was a known issue. If you encounter it again, clearing cookies and cache will help.

I’ve cleared my Cache and Cookies and am still experiencing this. 

 

Edit: Disregard, i had to restart my browser as well lol


It happened to us a few weeks ago. I normally use Firefox and cleared all cache & cookies. it does not work.

 

Tried on chrome and it worked. Maybe try another browser.
