Hey @CParisi I will give this one a shot. Our product team has encouraged using Adobe’s editing tools. Custom fields and property tags can also be helpful in this case. Irrigation techs also use visit notes when doing wet checks.
@baraica that makes sense and is a license we have considered expanding on for the crew. Follow up question do you use the Enable Weathermatic Integration, and if so do you find it helpful for your team?
I actually work for Aspire so I cannot speak on the weathermatic integration. For further context, if the map is a PDF attachment showing in the Documents screen in the mobile app, the only way to edit it would be with a PDF editing app. You could edit it outside of the app and then upload the updated app via an Issue so the Account Owner and Ops Manager would be alerted by an email that there is a new attachment to be uploaded inside Aspire to whatever screens they'd like (such as Property or Opportunity attachments).
