Invoice has draft watermark

Hello. My Fixed Payment Fee invoice has a DRAFT watermark (and Billing Status of DRAFT). How do I get this watermark removed?

The invoice is still in a batch.....complete the batch .....

Go to invoice batches.......select the very upper right 3dot menu....select complete batch
