I believe you also need access within your organization to be an AspireCare user as well.
Most efficient way I have found is to use the AspireCare Support Enterprise option: https://youraspire.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals.
You will need a user name & password to utilize the service but the customer support is incredible.
If you don’t have a user name & password already I would reach out to your CSM (Client Success Manager) for more support as I believe the invite is generated on their end.
