I have a crew that will be unavailable for next Monday. How do I mark on the schedule board that this crew is not available for this specific day? I would like to be able to mark this anytime that a crew leader is going to be off.
Unfortunately, there is not a way to do that currently, and it would be extremely helpful. We are using a workaround for it. We created a separate Division called 'Placeholder Tickets' and Services within that division to reflect what the placard should represent, such as 'Holiday', 'Vacation', etc. The bad part is that they are work tickets that time can be logged on, but i created a dashboard dial to catch whenever someone mistakenly adds time or completes one of those tickets. Not perfect but it gets the job done.
