How are you using the equipment module? Are you tracking more than vehicles and mowers? We are thinking about adding other equipment… blowers, edgers etc.

We went with the route….If it is insured, it is in Aspire. We were keeping a separate excel file to track the insured list, so we decided to make Aspire the excel list. Since not all the trimmers and blowers are on the insured list (deductible versus cost to replace), we made a combined group for those and called them Truck 22 Small Tools and so on for each truck that way they can log inspections and issues. Hope this helps you. As the equipment module is updated, we will likely look at it as if it needs to be assigned to a crew for the day, it needs to be in Aspire and hopefully use it as a “check out” system.

We have everything in aspire - mowers / blowers / string trimmers anything considered small tool like shoves / rakes and etc. are not in.  just small equipment to track repairs.  We also have a issue dashboard where we let the mechanic know what needs to be repaired by priority
