Looking for ways people track dig safe within Aspire that is easy to manage and visible to users not only from the field but from the office.

Perhaps you can create a ticket in the opportunity that would trigger this needing to be done? Then it would be visible to everyone.


We typically use Issues for tracking certain items on a property. I know you can make notes from the opportunity or even on the work ticket for those who manage that side but an Issue is visible to anyone you assign to that issue. Then close it out whenever completed, it will be archived and you can always pull it back out and activate if needed


We use visit checklist on certain services, such as demo or new irrigation/drainage installation for crew members.

For the per-construction communicate with utility department, such as required call before dig. We use issue (assigning to an office support team member or manager).

Visit checklists can be added in the opportunity estimate process and can be added after the opportunity won. I really appreciate it can be added after the opportunity won.


We have Opp tags on opp# - Dig safe needed - and digsafe created for the project coordinator to call in the digsafe - once the digsafe ticket is received we create a task and close the task once the job is completed so we can track if the ticket needs to be renewed if job is still not completed or been pushed out.
