Tried to make the jump to the customer portal 2.0 but now the link is telling us “Subdomain does not exist” -- What can do we do to either go back to the original or fix this issue? Thank you!! 

I had a similar experience as I wanted to copy and paste a lot of my settings so I had both versions open. I just turned them both off for about 5 minutes, then turned the 2.0 on and it worked flawlessly. 


Check with aspire care its possible the link could be corrupted
